In Spring 2017, the VES launched our premiere magazine, VFX Voice, which quickly claimed the mantle as a must-read publication among decision- makers and influencers in visual effects and global entertainment. The goal was to create a new platform to shine a light on outstanding visual effects artistry and innovation worldwide, advance the profile and recognition of the VFX industry and marvel at the talent who never cease to inspire us all – and do it all with top-notch editorial and eye-popping visuals. Because of your enthusiastic support, the success of our print and digital magazine, dubbed “the definitive authority on all things VFX” has exceeded our wildest expectations. In its first two years, VFX Voice won a number of national magazine awards and was recognized as Best New Magazine Launch, Best New Magazine Design and Best Website (VFXVoice.com). These achievements were a testament to everyone who played a role in getting VFX Voice off the ground, from concept to publication, and to everyone who continues to help it flourish. VFX Voice keeps us tethered through stories that celebrate our craft and our global community – so thank you for being a part of our journey and stay tuned for all that comes next!
